Standard rental is for 12 hours; if you feel that you need more time you can rent the venue for $100/hr
$200 flat fee (includes cleaning before and after event)
Yes; for indoor seating we have 120 chairs available ; 12 round tables ; 1 8ft table and 5 6ft tables
Absolutely! We will even give you a $500 discount for any additional days
Yes; we have a fully functional kitchen PLUS we offer our own catering services
Yes, there is a $150 fee for the kitchen if you choose to not use our catering
Yes we offer several options for a dance floor, although you may choose to not use one since the venue has hardwood flooring
Yes! Our sound system rents for $125 and includes 2 massive speakers, wireless microphones, and a 75” tv
Yes, your day… your way! We even have a list of preferred vendors for you to view. However, you will find that our package pricing is competitive and we are sure you will just want to use our services!

We require wedding day insurance; we handle the policy it is a $200
This includes a liquor liability plus an accidental damage in or around the venue
- Were so glad you asked! Our special features include a rich history, a 25 acre park, private second floor, in house bar, brick inlaid flooring, exposed rock walls, exposed rustic ceiling, dimmed lighting available, sound system, 2 working fire places, each floor has its own heating/ AC
